Leningrad 1930 (27 May) - International Registered envelope to Belgrade, Yugoslavia franked with Soviet Definitives making up a second weight step 38 kopek rate (tariff of 1st October 1925: 14k for first 20 grams + 10 kopek another 20 grams + 14k registration) and PHILATELIC TAX EXCHANGE 1928 5 kopek VARIETY IMPERFORATE AT LEFT & 10 kopek, appropriately tied with the official boxed handstamp for philatelic export. Very unusual yellow “PRILOZHENYE 618” label on reverse, arrival Belgrade 31 May 1930. Very Fine.
Very attractive usage of the 1928 Philatelic Exchange issue at the correct period (valid until 31 December 1931).
